Terms of Use and Sale

Last updated: 14 August 2026

These terms govern your use of the Vaxnext mobile app, published by SMARTNESS HOME. By using Vaxnext you accept them.

1. The app

Vaxnext helps you keep the vaccination record of your whole family and shows official schedules for the United States and recommended vaccines for travel destinations. It runs entirely on your device.

2. Vaxnext is not medical advice

Vaxnext provides general information based on public vaccination schedules. It is not a medical device and does not provide a diagnosis, a prescription or medical advice. It does not replace a consultation with a healthcare professional.

Always confirm your vaccination decisions with a doctor, a pharmacist or a public-health authority. Never delay or disregard professional medical advice because of something shown in the app.

3. Travel recommendations

Travel recommendations are derived from the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Travelers’ Health and from WHO risk groupings. They are general guidance for about 200 destinations and are not reviewed for your individual situation.

Before you travel, confirm your vaccines with a physician or a travel clinic. Some countries also require proof of vaccination (for example yellow fever) to enter — check the official requirements for your destination and itinerary. Vaxnext is not responsible for entry decisions made by any authority.

4. Price

Vaxnext is currently free to use — every feature, for your whole family, with no in-app purchase. If a paid plan is introduced later, its price and terms will be shown clearly in the app before any charge, and the purchase will be handled by the App Store or Google Play.

5. Refunds

Because Vaxnext is free, there is nothing to refund. If a paid plan is added later, purchases and refunds will be handled by Apple and Google under their own terms, and requests must be made to the relevant store, not to us.

6. Acceptable use

You agree to use Vaxnext for your personal, non-commercial use, in accordance with the law. You may not reverse-engineer, resell or misuse the app.

7. Intellectual property

The Vaxnext name, logo, texts, interface and code are protected by intellectual-property law. Any reproduction or adaptation, in whole or in part, without prior written permission, is prohibited.

8. Liability

Vaxnext is provided “as is”, for information only. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for any decision taken on the basis of the information shown, nor for any indirect damage arising from use of the app.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be brought before the competent French courts, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence.
